Great room with new dark hardwood floors, white stair railing and an arched window

Full home renovations in Commerce City, COOne crew for the whole house.

New floors, doors, windows, siding, framing and drywall, run as one project by a single crew.

Full Home Renovations

A renovation is many small jobs that have to line up.

A whole-house project is never one trade. The floor has to meet the stairs, and the new door has to fit the opening.

The drywall has to meet the trim. We run it as one job, so you are not chasing a different person for every step.

Floors are a big part of it.

We have laid new dark hardwood through a great room and worked on hardwood floors in a log cabin.

Doors and windows change a house fast.

We opened a wall under a deck for a new door, then finished it with white French doors and new siding trim.

We have rebuilt two-story great rooms with arched windows.

We have also framed, insulated and drywalled a barndominium.

Katherine Querard called the crew “very quick to respond” and “very professional” on Google.

We keep that up from the first call to the last day.

The scope

What a full renovation can include

  1. Floors

Dark hardwood and wood-look plank, laid through whole floors so the rooms run into each other cleanly.

  2. Doors and windows

New doors and windows set into old walls or new openings, then trimmed inside and out.

  3. Siding and exterior

Siding and trim work done from scaffolding, so the outside of the house matches the new inside.

  4. Framing and drywall

Walls opened up or built new, then hung, taped and finished smooth.

  5. Great rooms

Big open rooms rebuilt with arched windows, a fireplace wall and floating shelves.

  6. Barndominiums and cabins

A barndominium framed, insulated and drywalled, and hardwood floors in a log cabin.

We had connected on next door for a project and although that particular project hadnt lined up for us, his communicaiton and professionalism really resonated with me.

I reached out to him again a bit later on about a different project and he came out and did great work.

Some framing, new drywall and drywall repair that he did came out just like he had promised and on the timeline that I needed.

    Thanks again!
