About our remodeling company in Commerce City, COAnswer the phone. Do the work.
Franco Morones Construction is a Commerce City remodeler with one crew for the rough work and the finish work.
Who we are
A Commerce City crew that builds the whole job.
Franco Morones Construction is a remodeling company registered in Colorado, with its office in Commerce City.
We build kitchens, bathrooms and basements, and custom carpentry like stairs and feature walls.
We also take on whole-house renovations, and drywall and framing.
The rough work and the finish work stay with one crew, so nothing falls between two companies.
Our customers on Google know the owner as Franco.
Katherine Querard wrote that Franco was “very quick to respond, very professional” and did “a great clean up too.”
Chris Grant first connected with us on Nextdoor.
Later came framing, new drywall and drywall repair, done “on the timeline that I needed.”
How we work
Three things our reviews keep mentioning
We answer
Call during business hours and you reach us. Quick replies come up again and again in our reviews.
We keep the timeline
We agree on a schedule before work starts and build to it, the way Chris Grant described.
We clean up
Dust kept to the work area, the site swept at the end, and the room handed back ready to use.
Range of work
Basements to barns and cabins
Most of our work is in houses around the north Denver metro.
We have also built horse stalls in a pole barn, framed and drywalled a barndominium, and worked on a log home.
If it is wood, board or tile, there is a good chance we have built it.
5 out of 5 stars
We had connected on next door for a project and although that particular project hadnt lined up for us, his communicaiton and professionalism really resonated with me.
I reached out to him again a bit later on about a different project and he came out and did great work.
Some framing, new drywall and drywall repair that he did came out just like he had promised and on the timeline that I needed.
Thanks again!
